Established in 1989

I personally started as a maintenance trainer in November 1989 during the start-up of a new aluminium smelter.

Shortly after, I went to work as a mechanical apparatus instructor for Hydro-Québec for over 5 years, where I trained, coached and participated in the induction of Crie employees in the James-Bay projects.

In 1995, I became a pedagogical advisor (training consultant) for industries, mainly in aluminium smelters, sawmills, papermills and a few institutions in Quebec, Canada.

Since 1997, I participated in the construction of 5 mega projects (4 aluminium smelters and 1 hydro-power plant). During those projects I learned all aspects of training management hands on, from the pre-constuction to the full operations of the systems. During which I was a soft skils trainer, a maintenance trainer, a HSE advisor, a coach in instructional design, a train the trainer, a senior technical advisor, a project senior consultant, a training manager, a general manager of a consulting firm and today a Training solutions strategist.

I’ve created and applied my unique competency based approach to help organizations save thousands of dollars annually in training.

I designed and helped design hundreds of various courses, thousands of procedures (of all kinds), thousands of SOPs and Work plans, dozens of training plans, training policies, instructional design standards, training schedules and created a bank of over 1,500 different competences in operations, HSE, HR, mobile equipment, maintenance and managing competences.

I can help you in many aspects of your training by becoming a partner to ensure your training meets with your target performance and that you don’t waste time and money on trials and errors.
